For the Funder Officer — using the Togra portal
# For the Funder Officer — using the Togra portal
Your organisation's position on a production — applications, awards, drawdowns, conditions — live rather than emailed.
You're an officer at a funder (Screen Ireland, a broadcaster fund, a regional fund) with money on a production run in Togra. The producer sends you an invite link from the funder application view; it opens the funder room on the stakeholder portal.
What you see
Everything is scoped to your funder's rows on the granted project:
- Applications your organisation has received from the production.
- Awards and their terms.
- Drawdown tranches — schedule, triggers, what's been drawn.
- The post-award checklist — the conditions attached to the award and their status, so a missing deliverable is visible before it's chased.
Another funder's money on the same production is not in your room, and the production's internal finances beyond your position aren't either.
Why producers offer this
The same registry that scopes your room also drives the production's funder reporting — so the position you see is the position they manage, not a periodic export.
See the portals overview for how invites, scope and revocation work.
